Since the company’s inception in 2019, Precision Capital has purchased, developed, and sold over $15,000,000 of property. Precision Capital is a fully integrated real estate company that has its own in-house architect, design team, sales/leasing, property management company, and construction company. Precision Capital’s core philosophy is attention to detail and outworking the competition on all fronts to create a quality product that is best in class.

Prior to co-founding Precision Capital Itay climbed the ranks of the corporate world landing himself as the COO of ParkAssist. In this position he oversaw over 100 employees and hundreds of sub-contractors in 15 countries and took the company’s profitability up by over 30%. While in this position Itay began investing in multifamily properties on the side throughout PA and NJ amassing a sizeable overperforming portfolio.
For the past 5 years Itay has deployed over $10,000,000 of investor capital across numerous real estate projects and has achieved returns well above industry standard.
