227 Dodd St,
Weehawken, NJ

RESIDENTIAL - 3 CONDOS

This 3 unit condominium project named “The Barsa” was named after one of Weehawken Township’s most dedicated public servants Richard Barsa. After 30 years of public service Richard lost his battle with Covid and with the prior owner of this property being his sister we found it appropriate to name the building after him. Being a passion project for the Precision Capital team no expenses were spared in this luxury renovation. The façade was constructed from white Hardiplank siding, Azek trims, and black Andersen windows to create a bold and modern look. Units 1&2 feature wide plank white oak flooring, Bertazonni appliances, marble bathrooms, radiant floor heating, and more. To gain further usable square footage the construction team underpinned the entire foundation creating an additional two feet of ceiling height in the once unusable basement. The Penthouse unit features an unrivaled open concept living space with 15’ ceilings made possible by using a 25’ steel beam to open the entire space which is complimented by a 14’ window which overlooks midtown Manhattan. The kitchen contains nothing but the best including Wolf and Viking appliances, white shaker cabinets, and a fully marbled backsplash wall all the way to the ceiling. The master bedroom features more city views and an oversized master bathroom with a his/hers shower setup with a custom built porcelain wall made of two 10’ single piece slabs.
